Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking All farm tours and experiences at Singing Waters Ranch must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your tour date and time. Children under 2 are free. Please include them in your guest count when booking so we can plan safely for the correct number of visitors. Cancellations and Rescheduling Guest cancellations must be made hours before the scheduled time to receive a refund or reschedule credit. Cancellations made less than hours before the scheduled tour time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable and will not receive a reschedule credit. Weather & Farm Conditions Farm Tours are held outdoors and may be affected by weather, mud, animal and health needs, calving, fencing, and other farm conditions. If Singing Waters Ranch needs to cancel or reschedule your tour due to weather, unsafe conditions, animal needs, or another farm-related reason, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled tour. Tours begin at the scheduled start time. Guests who arrive late may receive a shortened tour. Guests arriving more than minutes late may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Farm Safety Rules. For the safety of our guests, animals, and staff, all visitors must follow farm rules during their visit. Guests must stay with their guide at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Closed-toe shoes are required. No outside pets allowed. Guests may not enter pastures, pens, barns, or animal areas unless invited and accompanied by guide. Guests may not feed, chase, touch, climb on or approach animals without permission. Signing Waters Ranch reserves the right to end a tour early if safety rules are not followed. Photo Policy Guests are welcome to take personal photos during their tour unless otherwise instructed. Photos are for personal use only unless prior permission is given by Singing Waters Ranch. By booking a tour, guests understand that Singing Waters Ranch is a working farm and that tour conditions , animal behavior, and tour activities may vary.
